Faq

What is your application process?
 – Applications may be submitted online by clicking the “Apply Now” button next to the property you wish to apply for.
– We perform a criminal background check, rental history check, and credit check and get recommendations from your current and previous landlord.
– Your income must be at least 3 times the rent amount for the house you are applying for.
– Approval to rent is based on all of the above factors and not just credit score.
* Yes we can work with low credit scores *

What is your pet policy?
 – Each of our property owners elects whether or not they will allow pets at their property. Most properties do allow pets, but MFP Management may deny certain breeds at their discretion (i.e. pit bulls).

– A $500 pet fee is required and this is non-refundable

How much is the security deposit?
 – All security deposits are the same as the rent amount for the house

Can you work with me on the deposit?
 – We must have the full security and first months rent by your move in date.  We can accept payments prior to your move in date.

Do you accept Section 8?
– Yes, we do have houses that accept section 8.  Please contact our office to see if the house you are interested in qualifies.
